It depends, personally, skiing is my favorite, but on the other hand many people enjoy snowboarding more. Skiing is harder to learn than boarding, but easier to get good at, while boarding is the opposite. You will have to try them both and decide which suites you best.
how much more fun is skiing than snowboarding? i have never went skiing before but i have snowboarded.
